We use original Mercedes-Benz parts catalog and are able to identify the exact correct parts for your vehicle once the chassis number is provided through the system.
It is usually on a printed sticker on the center pillar and once visible once you open the front driver side door. The engraved chassis number is usually on the floor underneath the driver’s seat.
Depending on the mileage of the vehicle and previously done repairs we can tailor a custom service plan for your vehicle for pending services. Many services such as gearbox oil change, brake oil flush go unattended and we can recommend at the correct time to do the pending services.
We require contact name, number, vehicle number, chassis number & mileage in order to provide a quotation. Over the phone / email quotations are absolutely free and there are no obligations. We could require clear descriptions and/or pictures of the parts required. Certain jobs require a physical inspection and cannot be quoted over the phone. Our team will request you bring the vehicle to one of our branches to carry out an inspection in that case.
We have Mercedes-Benz genuine parts, aftermarket and used parts. Please state the quality of parts you require and we will source you parts that match your budget.
For Mercedes-Benz genuine parts there is a 1 year warranty period. For other brands, warranty depends on brand and most products do carry a warranty of 6 months to 1 year. Used parts do not carry a warranty. Wear & tear parts such as brake pads / suspension parts do not carry warranty usually, however they may be subject to case by case evaluation. Yes, all our branches have 24/7 security and are monitored by CCTV. If you are leaving the vehicle at the premises you will receive a inventory check up of the vehicle.

Factory New: an abbreviation for factory-new parts is OE (Original Equipment)
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) normally the producer of the parts supplied to the car manufacturer. It is usually equal or very close quality to that of OE parts.
Aftermarket: Brand new parts that are supplied from many manufacturers all over the world. They may or may not be supplying to car manufactureres
Remanufactured / Reconditioned: There is a common misconception in Sri Lanka that reconditioned parts are just used parts. The true meaning of reconditioned means an original used part that has been repaired / reassembled so it can be used again
Used Parts: Pre-owned parts that have been previously fitted to other salvaged cars/
