I visited Avinda motors today for replacement of break pads. All the staffs were friendly and I felt everyone working hard to finish their job on time and they asked me to wait for two hours so they can replace it. Good communication and all work was shared through photos n kept me updated till the end through what’s app perfectly finished job by the time and they asked me to do a test drive with the mechanic how fixed, thanks a lot for the great job and keep it up..all the best to you guys..

Before buying my w204 c180 I took the car for a pre-purchase inspection and the staff did a excellent job of identifying defects and explaining them to me. The repair estimates helped me to negotiate with the seller. After I purchased the car I took the car to complete the repairs, (oil leaks, auxiliary battery, gearbox mounts, etc). The work was completed within a few days and the prices are very reasonable. Nimesh did a good job, from the booking the appointment to keeping me updated constantly on the progress. Overall it was a great experience. And I recommend avinda motors for mercedes repairs and maintenance.

I highly recommend Avinda Motors for any Mercedes-Benz owner in Sri Lanka. About a month ago, I was facing complex AC issues that several other mechanics couldn’t diagnose correctly. Mr. Nimesh at Avinda Benz was the only one who finally fixed it.
To make matters worse, my water pump blew while I was driving to the garage. Mr. Nimesh stayed on the phone with me, giving me clear instructions on how to handle the situation safely. They handled both the water pump and the AC repairs in one go. A month later, the car is running perfectly with zero issues. They even provided a generous discount on the final bill. Truly the best shop for Benz repairs!

I went for the first time for several issues in a Mercedes B class. I was given an appointment by Nimesh at when I arrived even the security knew I was coming. Nimesh examined and allocated 2 technician s who were knowledgeable and fixed it beyond my expectations. 1st time been here . Very prompt and attentive service . Came for 2nd opinion as was told I was in for a major repair but after a test drive and inspection on the hoist , it was explained to me in the workshop under the hoist everything is ok . Only a minor issue which was attended without a charge . I’m very impressed with the very attentive service offered by Nimesh . I expected a charge for their efforts and use of hoist and was happy that they were honest in their assessment . I will come again!

I took my CLA for its service last month for the first time at Avinda after seeing all the positive reviews. My decision was right and Nimesh coordinated with me over the phone as I sent the car with driver. Then he sent me the list of defects that I should attend. In another week, I made another appointment with Avinda and Nimesh coordinated with me once again with all the timely updates via WhatsApp and briefed on everything after the repairs. Car felt like a brand new one after all and thank you very much Nimesh and all the technicians at Avinda. Prices for the service and parts replacements were quiet reasonable and fair. I recently got my c180 repaired and serviced at Avinda and it was a pleasant experience. They properly inspected the car and changed only necessary parts as a preventive measure. Especially the Service Advisor Nimesh was very helpful and efficient and kept me updated at every stage sending photos, text messages and voice messages which gave me the feeling that actually I am at site observing the progress. Another good thing was they had all required parts ex- stock. They completed the job on fast track and handed over the vehicle to me before the scheduled time.

I have got the contact details of Avinda Motors from another satisfied Mercedes customer friend of mine. According, I have successfully got the rear shock absorbers replaced in my Merc E200 from Avinda Motors under expert supervision of the Service Advisor Mr.Nimesh. During the service, they have identified the worn brake pads too, and I could got them also replaced on time. I am sure that the highly professional workmanship, reasonable service charges & cost of genuine spare parts as well as courteous customers service from the efficient technical staff of Avinda Motors will definitely promote the Mercedes service and maintenance among high-end Mercedes owner population in Sri Lanka. I am really happy that my service cost at Avinda was less than 50% that of the Mercedes Franchise dealership, and I don’t hesitate to recommend Avinda Motors to my colleagues and Mercedes enthusiasts in Sri Lanka.
